I started drawing this pattern as single circles. and it was just a case they had an outline made with one of my previous patterns. Just standard Illustrator behavior. But I thought it added something more to the whole design so I left it.
Then, when copying and pasting circles inside the rounded rectangle, I copied by mistake an extra circle in the middle. That one should’t actually be there.
So basically this design is a mix of mistakes. But you know what? They work! And also quite well I would say. So what did we learn today? The wrong way can eventually turn to be a good one.
Keep that in mind.
